I bought the old dog hemp oil a week ago, l have been given it to my 9 year old rotti X for his severe arthritis in his back leg, l give it to him 20 min before we go walking , l found it helps to take the edge of pain and he is happy when walking .Truthfully l was sceptical, but after giving it to him for a week, I will keep him on it and now l give the oil to my Labrador as she has a mild soreness and stiffness in the morning l give her 3 drops and she is happy.

I’ve been meaning to let you know that the new hemp with comfrey and arnica oil was great.

My husband fell bush walking and broke 8 ribs, scapula etc etc. Started the external oil after I called you and asked your advice. Can’t believe that the bruise cleared in 5 days.

He is healing remarkably well which we also put down to the hemp oil he takes internally as well.

I have been using this for a while now for my chronic nerve damage in my lower back and legs. I have spinal stenosis, disc degeneration disease and osteo arthritis in my spine. It has helped immensely, and if I miss a dose I certainly can tell the difference. I’m a chef working long hours and this really does work tremendously and helps the muscle spasms a lot.
I’ve just ordered the pain pack with the balm and this awesome oil. A friend’s husband uses the oil/balm for his back pain and swears by using them together. This oil has given my life back after nearly 4 years of barely walking with crutches to going back to work.

Thank you black sheep farm for making these fantastic oils and balms. I use a lot of your balms on myself, my partner and our fur babies.

Our seven year old Maltese cross could hardly walk, because of (I think) arthritis. We were just about to take her for treatment when our dog sitter put her onto Old Dog and when we picked her up after a 2 week holiday we couldn’t believe the improvement. We’ve kept her on the oil since February and now have a dog that loves walking again and is quite a different dog. So we bought Hemp oil, Almond and Turmeric for ourselves. My husband has arthritis in his hands and he says it is helping with that. We also find that we don’t feel so tired during the day and have stopped having afternoon naps. We also have Hemp, Comfrey and Arnica balm that we find helps with arthritic joints. Great product and very happy with results. Thank you.😀

Follow up to my review here 13 August, 2022…
I finally received my full hip replacement 26 Oct. My first purchase of Hemp oil with Almond and Turmeric 15th July and during that period July to Oct my pain was quite severe. I used 2 x 100mil bottles Hemp oil and this was an excellent ‘pain reliever’ enabling me a high degree of relief and especially helping me get a good night’s sleep. And never mind about how many ‘drops’ I used; my pain was severe and I used between .5 mil and 1 mil 2 0r 3 times a day and certainly before bed.

As you would know with hip replacement, they get you out of bed and walking within 6 hours of the operation and you are out of hospital in 3 days’ish.
While in hospital they controlled my pain with Opioids – Tramadol (for severe pain) and Tapentadol 150mg 2/3 times a day to control the pain. When I was discharged from hospital they gave me Tramadol – to be used for any Severe pain; Tapentadol 150mg for pain -to be weaned down to 100mg – to weaned down to 50mg and then once the pain of the operation had eased then take Paracetamol 500mg as required.
Well once I was back at home and in my bed I Did Not use ANY of the above mentioned Opioid type drugs… I did occasionally use some Paracetamols and anti-inflammatory’s,
BUT mostly relied on the Hemp Oil to help with the pain and sleeping at night and some Balm for the swelling of knee.
All through my after-operation therapy and exercise I predominately used my Hemp oil for pain relief and greatly reduced my intake of pharmaceutical drugs. I DID consult with my Doctor and advised him of what I was doing and how I was treating my pain issues and ensured everything was good with me; blood pressure etc.

All I can say is that for Me Personally my use of Hemp Oil was the greatest thing since sliced bread !!!! A HUGE Thank You to Mac and Team

Please NOTE I consulted with my Doctor before I started using Hemp Oil and regularly consulted during my use of Hemp Oil before and after my hip replacement operation.

I decided to try the Hemp in Almond oil and Tumeric to try and get pain relief. I have Fibromyalgia since 2006, constant pain, fatigue, brain fog etc., everything that goes with the complaint. Plus also back problems. Been on opiate medication since 2006 and still in constant pain. I have recently undertaken a programme with the Pain Clinic with RBH, to be discover that opiates worsen the problems with immune system, can bring on sleep apoena etc. Had some initial stomach upset for a few days (think it may be the tumeric?) but now am opiate free and relying on your product to cope with pain, which has dramatically decreased, better then on the opiate. Can now undertake the gentle exercise and walking programme set by the Pain Clinic with much more comfort. Thank You.

I am very happy with the oil and ointment, I have peripheral neuropathy and polymyalgia. The intense itch on my arm was incredibly embarrassing not to mention uncomfortable. Within a few days of starting the treatment the itch had almost gone, I used the oil (7 drops) twice a day and the ointment 3 times a day to keep it at bay. Also the burning sensation on my legs and feet have dramatically dropped just from the oil. The pain from walking is still there but less than usual. All in all very worthwhile and I will be buying more. And the best part is no adverse reactions like I had to prescribed medications like gabapentin etc. Thanks everyone, much appreciated.

His joint issues continue – a little improved. I’m hoping to see further improvement with continued use. The tumour, however, is now reduced 80% – it has almost gone. I’ve been applying the oil topically twice daily. Without any exaggeration, it noticeably shrank yesterday between the morning and evening applications, a visible difference. At this rate of healing, I am hoping it will clear completely in a couple of weeks.

It is also worth noting that whilst Bayley is experiencing difficulty walking, he generally picks up after he has his dose. Swelling in his front elbow joints isn’t as pronounced so the oil is definitely working some magic.

I have suffered from chronic lower back pain for over 25years as a result of a very bad MVA. I have learnt over the years to “live with the pain”. Taking over the counter medication, practicing yoga, exercising and walking has made the pain bearable. Recently after 2 very bad flare ups in 3 months I was at my wits end and started searching for an alternative to my pharmacy bought pain relief. I can honestly say I do not know how I came upon your website, the magic of Google I suppose. It may sound a little dramatic but my quality of life changed that day. I purchased the tester kit, just to give it a try and from my first night of placing those 5 drops under my tongue the pain seem to diminish. I had my first decent nights sleep in years [I kid you not] & could not believe it when my husband commented on how I appeared to be moving more freely. I have increased my drops to 6 morning and night which seems to be the right mix for me. I have told my doctor and physiotherapist that I am using hemp seed oil. I have just placed an order for another bottle of oil. I cannot thank you enough Mac for making these products available. I think we should nominate you for an award.
