Our Hemp Chest Balm is a calming, rub-on balm made with organic hemp oil, beeswax, shea butter, and a potent mix of herbs and essential oils to help you feel clear and comfortable.

Traditionally used for the throat, lungs, and general immune support, it includes Coltsfoot, Echinacea, Herb Robert and Andrographis, plus the refreshing scent of Eucalyptus and Lavender.

Rub gently into your chest, back, or neck as needed.

Available in: 30ml, 60ml & 120ml

About the Herbs

Herb Robert is traditionally valued for its immune-supportive properties, promoting vitality, circulation, and helping the body adapt to stress.

Coltsfoot has long been used to soothe dry, irritated airways, often included in traditional herbal blends for the throat and lungs.

Echinacea is widely regarded for its role in supporting the immune system, especially during seasonal changes, and is commonly used for general wellbeing.

Andrographis is a bitter herb often used in traditional systems to support the immune response, reduce fatigue, and maintain respiratory health.

White Turmeric (Zedoaria) is known in some cultures for aiding digestion, promoting skin clarity, and supporting a healthy inflammatory response.

All Mac’s hemp balms are made with beeswax, infused hemp oil & essential oils.

How to use Balms

The balms can be applied as often as you remember to put it on, 3 x a day is good if you want fast results.

Apply liberally and let it soak in.

Balm Storage

Our hemp balms can be stored at room temperature for a year at least, usually two years, out of direct sunlight.

Amber glass protects the balm by blocking UV light, helping preserve the herbs, oils, and shelf life naturally.

    I bought the chest balm, but there wasn’t much smell; I thought that won’t do much, so I bought some Vicks vapourrub, that didn’t have much smell either – not like it used to. To get to the point, I used the balm on my husband and self when we had a virus. We were both amazed; the effect was practically instantaneous. It soothed our breathing, and was very soothing to the skin too, without any heavy greasy feeling.

    I use this for pain relief works really well for me. Also works really well for sore throats and congestion as well I also add a few drops of the hemp oil with coconut to it at night as I don’t take it but I find this works for me . The cream has a beautiful smell and I find it relaxing I have dealt with cancer and chemo and I believe even though chemo helped saved my life natural therapy has its place as well so I hope this can help someone as well ?

Which hemp balm should I use?

Our Hemp Balms may help with a variety of conditions, see PDF of all balms here, our top 3 selling balms are:

      Comfrey and arnica have a long history of traditional topical use, while hemp and turmeric make this one of our most popular blends.

Can I drive after using hemp products?

We do not know of any case where it has shown positive in a roadside drug test, including Mac who has been randomly drug tested several times and nothing has ever shown (and he takes a good dose every day!).

With our hemp products, the THC content is very low (under 0.3%), which is legal in Australia using our NSW DPI Low THC Hemp Licence.

But, because there’s still a tiny amount of THC in there, we can’t guarantee it wouldn’t ever show up for someone.

So if you’re a truck drive or courier for example, please consider they risk when using our hemp products.

Can I travel with / take the hemp products overseas?

That’s hard for us to say if it’s ok to use overseas, as we are not lawyers, though some people do travel with their hemp products, and we do send them overseas to NZ, USA, UK too.

It would be up to you if you did take it with you, and check if the country (or any you transit through) has any issues with hemp products.

Shipping, Tracking, Returns

Shipping & postage

Orders before midday (2pm) are sent the same day via Australia Post or Aramex.

We deliver to all Australian addresses, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers etc.

Delivery time:

  • It usually takes 1–3 business days for metro deliveries.
  • Regional areas may take 3–5 business days.

WA, TAS and NT orders are best sent Express Post otherwise it takes too long.

You may choose Express for other areas if you like, at Checkout.

Returns & refunds (made easy!)

Returns — We want happy customers, so if you’ve ordered the wrong thing or there’s a mixup, we will replace it free of charge, just get in touch.

Refunds — We accept returns within 90 days of purchase. A return postage fee of $9.90 applies, charged at our discretion (if the product is faulty or not as described, return postage is free and a full refund given).

Tracking & combined shipping

Tracking — Each package has an Australia Post tracking number emailed to you once the order is ‘processed’ (i.e. a shipping label has been printed). Within an hour or two the package will show as on route, and you may get an update from Australia Post. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 2 days, call or email us and we can check on it for you.

Combined Shipping — We will happily combine two or more orders into one package and refund the 2nd shipping fee if we can. Most packages under 5kg fit into one satchel.
