Orders before midday (12pm) are sent the same day via Australia Post.
We deliver to all Australian addresses, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers etc.
It usually takes 1-3 business days for your package to get delivered if you live in metropolitan areas.
If you are in a regional area it may take 3-5 business days for your package to get delivered.
WA, TAS and NT orders are always sent Express Post, otherwise it takes too long.
You may choose Express for other areas if you like, at Checkout.
Tracking
Each package will have a Australia Post tracking number which is emailed to you once it the order is ‘processed’ aka a shipping label has been printed here in our Factory.
Within a hour or two the package will show up and on route, and you may get an update from Australia Post as well.
If you don’t receive a tracking number within 2 days, you may call or email us and we can check on it for you.
Combine Shipping
We will happily combine two or more orders into one package and refund the 2nd shipping fee if we can.
Most packages under 5kg fit into one satchel.
Lost Packages
Occasionally packages do go missing, things to check for are:
- check the tracking link as it usually has good info about where the package is, or if it has been redirected to a Post Office
- most often it has simply been ‘Left in a safe place’ aka the postie has left it down the side of the house or around the front entrance / bins
- if you can’t find it, please wait another day, sometimes the packages are marking it as delivered the day before they actually deliver it
- if it still doesn’t show up, you can also report it as Lost using the tracking link, or let us know and we can do it on our end
Returns
We want happy customers, so if you’ve ordered the wrong thing or there’s a mixup, we will replace it free of charge, just get in touch.
Misc notes
We pack & send orders Monday to Friday, so Mondays are a big day with all weekend orders to be packed & sent Mon morning, some may not go out until Tue.
Bank Deposit orders are sent once the money shows in our account, usually 1-2 business days. Please put your name and order number as the reference.
