What’s different?
What’s different is the Nano Process we’re using + the extra ingredient of Nano Hemp Extract for a hemp boost which reduces pain & swelling, particularly joint issues & arthritis.
The process we use is called nano-emulsification, where ultrasonic waves break down the hemp particles to about 40-50 nm, making it easier for the body to absorb, using a custom-built machine from the USA.
This makes the hemp about 95% bioavailable, compared to the 25% you’d typically get from oil-based products.

Customer Trials
In 2024 we gave out 50 x free trial samples of the Aches & Pains cream, to customers who were familiar with the Hemp, Comfrey & Arnica ‘HCA’ balm.
They had been using the HCA for some time, and found the it effective for their ailments such as arthritis, joint pain, muscle pain, inflammation, sciatica etc.
We then asked for a simple comparison between the original HCA balm and the new Nano Aches & Pains Cream.
The results?
After 50 or more trials, and dozens of feedback forms, the new Nano Cream appears to be as effective, if not more so, than the HCA balm for managing pain, inflammation, and related ailments.
Faster onset
Our trial respondents reported faster onset of effects (often within 5-10 minutes) and better absorption, making it more convenient to use.
Less greasy
While the HCA balm was effective for extended relief, some found its greasy texture less desirable.
In contrast, the Nano Cream offered similar or superior relief with a more pleasant user experience.

The general consensus is that the Nano Cream is a strong alternative to the balm, particularly for those seeking faster action and improved absorption, which often was the clincher for our trial customers.

The Magic Trio of Herbs

Comfrey is typically used for bruises, sprains, strains, swelling, fractures, gout & wounds [1].
Arnica has long been used for relieving pain from sprains, bruises, nerve pain & other injuries [2].

Cream Storage
Our balms & creams can be stored at room temperature for a year at least, out of direct sunlight.
For longer storage you may keep them in the fridge, also this makes putting on the cream nice and cooling.

I have had an infected in my big toe for over seven years. I have used just about everything natural and medical from the establishment including strong antibiotics on it. The only thing I found that was slowly working was Ivermectin, which unfortunately is very difficult to get and my Doctor would not subscribe it to me as he was worried he would get into trouble wuth the medical establishment. I wish I could add pictures to these reviews! Just to show the progress of the swelling going down on my right ankle – which had been swollen for over 2 weeks – over the course of 3 days of regular Nano cream use.
I’ve been a long time customer of the comfrey and arnica balm for my once-broken left ankle; and was lucky enough to receive a sample of the Nano cream when it was first developed. It was sort of forgotten about until I rolled my other ankle recently and when making my regular order, added some in… And as I said within days the swelling went down like it hadn’t for weeks beforehand.
It’s very impressive to me to see the full difference in real time on two differently injured ankles – my left is an ancient ouch the balm helps with on long days, but the Nano cream I’m using to help heal a more recent and painful injury.
