How to Use

Skin Cream
Smooth cream onto face, neck, and décolletage morning and/or evening. Allow a moment before applying makeup.

Oil-to-milk Cleanser
Use with dry hands on dry skin. Warm a small amount of the cleanser in clean, dry hands and apply to face, neck and décolletage. Add a splash of warm water and continue to massage, as the cleanser transforms into a soft, delicate milk. Rinse clean. Follow up with your regular skin routine.

Toner
After cleansing simply add a generous amount to a cotton ball or pad, and then wipe in gentle upward movements over your skin. Alternatively spritz generously over face and gently pad with fingers into skin.

Serum
Smooth a few drops over cleansed face, neck and décolletage morning and evening after toning, and before moisturising.

Shipping, Tracking, Returns

Shipping & postage

Orders before midday (2pm) are sent the same day via Australia Post or Aramex.

We deliver to all Australian addresses, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers etc.

Delivery time:

  • It usually takes 1–3 business days for metro deliveries.
  • Regional areas may take 3–5 business days.

WA, TAS and NT orders are best sent Express Post otherwise it takes too long.

You may choose Express for other areas if you like, at Checkout.

Can I travel with / take the hemp products overseas?

That’s hard for us to say if it’s ok to use overseas, as we are not lawyers, though some people do travel with their hemp products, and we do send them overseas to NZ, USA, UK too.

It would be up to you if you did take it with you, and check if the country (or any you transit through) has any issues with hemp products.

Returns & refunds (made easy!)

Returns — We want happy customers, so if you’ve ordered the wrong thing or there’s a mixup, we will replace it free of charge, just get in touch.

Refunds — We accept returns within 90 days of purchase. A return postage fee of $9.90 applies, charged at our discretion (if the product is faulty or not as described, return postage is free and a full refund given).

Tracking & combined shipping

Tracking — Each package has an Australia Post tracking number emailed to you once the order is ‘processed’ (i.e. a shipping label has been printed). Within an hour or two the package will show as on route, and you may get an update from Australia Post. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 2 days, call or email us and we can check on it for you.

Combined Shipping — We will happily combine two or more orders into one package and refund the 2nd shipping fee if we can. Most packages under 5kg fit into one satchel.
