Aches & Pains Hemp Oil comes in a Hemp Seed Oil base with a formula to focus more on pain & inflammation which targets chronic pain, arthritis, neuralgia & fibromyalgia.

    Firstly thank you Mac for an enjoyable and informative chat in answering my questions. It’s unusual to have such these days.
    After 3 weeks using the oil I am sleeping a little better but as yet not much relief from the arthritis in the fingers and the tennis elbow.
    So I might up the dose that is pleasant enough to take.

    We are new to this oil and are still experimenting with correct dosage. We hold high hopes of it working on severe back pain and joint problems. So far have noticed a faint numbing of pain but as previously said, we are still working on finding the best dosage. We were so pleased that it could be sent to us and Thanks Mac for your kind help.     This product helped me to manage an acute, massive tooth ache, to heal a wound on my skin and lately I used this oil to heal a big lump on my pet parrot’s head…I I had 16 day to his surgery …. so I just gave it a try …. I applied a little amount of the oil on the lump every morning and evening … in 2 weeks the lump was gone !!!!! The surgery was canceled and I was ecstatic. Thank you Mac

    Firstly, Mac I just want to thank you for such Prompt service. I put an order in on Sunday & it was here on Tuesday. Thank you so much. I am always very skeptical about these reviews etc. and trying products as I have been caught out in the past. But I was told my a good friend of mine & by someone else who both knew of someone using this oil & were getting good results, so figured , what the heck I will give it a go. I suffer from very bad anxiety, depression, arthritis, seizures etc. I will say it has started to take the edge off some of the pain and I’m sleeping a lot better. I may have to stay on it for awhile longer before I get the full effects of it, but hopefully it will work. might have to add an extra drop or two if doesn’t start improving. I will certainly be ordering more, so don’t take me off your mailing list Mac. Again, Thank you for your prompt service.

    I haven’t used hemp oil products previously so I’m not able to compare this to anything. I bought it to help with anxiety and mood, and can say I do feel improvements – hard to pinpoint exactly but just a slightly elevated sensé of well being. It’s not like taking a prescription medication where there is a noticeable feeling when it’s kicked in, but just after a difficult situation I look back and think I handled that better than I thought I would

    Firstly great company to deal with. So I purchased this hemp oil a few weeks ago and it is working. I have many muscle issues due to residual affects of radiotherapy and chemo (oh and being hit by a car many years ago among other bone break issues) and they range from annoying to debilitating depending on what I do with my day/prior day. The oil does work to take the edge off of pain if I take it while I am really feeling it, but I found by taking it each day at a similar time my range of pains and issues is generally reduced. I feel like it does have an holistic effect and will continue to use it. I do also use the Hemp/Comfrey and Arnica cream and that does work directly on the affected area. Thanks Mac 🙂

    I bought the hemp oil with tumeric and almond oil to try for arthritis and inflammation but what I found was it had little effect on my joints, however I found the oil was great for anxiety and stress.
    Still trying different amounts .

    Thanks Mac. Prompt delivery and product as advertised. I am mainly using it for my 14 year old cattle dog and she has noticeably improved. Limp from arthritis much less and her eyes which were quite cloudy from cataracts much clearer and brighter. I give her 4 drops in the morning and in the evening again. Better than vet prescribed anti inflammatories.

Hemp Oils FAQs

Can I drive after using hemp products?

We do not know of any case where it has shown positive in a roadside drug test, including Mac who has been randomly drug tested several times and nothing has ever shown (and he takes a good dose every day!).

With our hemp products, the THC content is very low (under 0.3%), which is legal in Australia using our NSW DPI Low THC Hemp Licence.

But, because there’s still a tiny amount of THC in there, we can’t guarantee it wouldn’t ever show up for someone.

So if you’re a truck drive or courier for example, please consider they risk when using our hemp products.

Will it make me sleepy?

Most customers report that our hemp oils do not feel sedating, even when taken during the day.

Feedback from customers often includes:

  • a general sense of relaxation
  • feeling more settled in the evening
  • vivid dreams but waking refreshed
  • no grogginess the next morning

Many people choose our Calm & Rested blend as part of their evening routine.

Everyone responds differently, so it’s always best to try a small amount first when you have some downtime at home and see how your body responds.

Does it come with dosage / instructions?

Yes, we include a leaflet with instructions with every order, here is a sample:

It can take up to 1hr to start feeling the effects from our Hemp Oil range (and 1 minute for the Nano range), and will last between 6-8hrs. The effect is cumulative, some people will feel it right away whilst others may take up to 2 weeks to notice its effects.

All people react differently to dosing, there is no ‘one size fits all’, so it can take time to find the right amount. Too much can also be counterproductive, increase a bit at a time (up-titrating) to see the effect, then adjust again to find the optimum dose for you.

Will the hemp show up in a drug test?

No it should not, and we’ve never heard of anyone who has had a positive test restult.

We grow a legal, low-THC Hemp variety under a NSW DPI Hemp Licence, the hemp must be under 0.3% THC, and is tested before harvest.

Can I travel with / take the hemp products overseas?

That’s hard for us to say if it’s ok to use overseas, as we are not lawyers, though some people do travel with their hemp products, and we do send them overseas to NZ, USA, UK too.

It would be up to you if you did take it with you, and check if the country (or any you transit through) has any issues with hemp products.

Shipping & postage

Orders before midday (2pm) are sent the same day via Australia Post or Aramex.

We deliver to all Australian addresses, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers etc.

Delivery time:

  • It usually takes 1–3 business days for metro deliveries.
  • Regional areas may take 3–5 business days.

WA, TAS and NT orders are best sent Express Post otherwise it takes too long.

You may choose Express for other areas if you like, at Checkout.

Returns & refunds (made easy!)

Returns — We want happy customers, so if you’ve ordered the wrong thing or there’s a mixup, we will replace it free of charge, just get in touch.

Refunds — We accept returns within 90 days of purchase. A return postage fee of $9.90 applies, charged at our discretion (if the product is faulty or not as described, return postage is free and a full refund given).

Tracking & combined shipping

Tracking — Each package has an Australia Post tracking number emailed to you once the order is ‘processed’ (i.e. a shipping label has been printed). Within an hour or two the package will show as on route, and you may get an update from Australia Post. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 2 days, call or email us and we can check on it for you.

Combined Shipping — We will happily combine two or more orders into one package and refund the 2nd shipping fee if we can. Most packages under 5kg fit into one satchel.
