Since introducing this Hemp Balm for my friend Greg at the Blue Knob Markets in 2018, it’s become our best-selling product with over 15,000 sold.

Greg suffered terribly from bone cancer, something I know about as my mother died from bone cancer. Greg being very knowledgable about herbs he helped me create this Hemp, Comfrey & Arnica Balm which works so well and on many levels.

How to use

Storage

The hemp oils & balms can be stored at room temperature for a year at least, out of direct sunlight.

For longer storage you may keep them in the fridge.

    this product was initially provided as a gift and despite some initial doubts I tried it for treatment of osteo-arthritis in my knees. I found that it provided some relief from the pain I was experiencing and have continued to use and made my own purchase when I lost the original jar.     I purchased hemp oil and hemp, comfrey and arnica cream. I’m still on the fence regarding the hemp oil but love the hemp comfrey and arnica cream. I have cmc in my thumb joint and some days in a-lot of pain and discomfort. Since using the cream I’ve noticed a vast improvement and have next to no pain most days. The jar lasts a long time, real value for money.
    I have just run out so will purchase some more. Last time I paid via PayPal, do you no longer use that facility as couldn’t see it at checkout. Thanks heaps.

It’s natural and smells really nice. Pretty easy to apply. I use it at night as well as daytime for relief. Great product.

    Hi, I just wanted to give an absolutely fantastic review for this wonderful product. I too initially used it and thought it didn’t work but then I realised I just wasn’t using enough balm. I have bursitis and a torn rotator cuff and a frozen shoulder which is actually not painful at all now because I’m using this balm. Before though I had problems sleeping and quite frankly life is not very pleasant with the ongoing pain which I describe like it toothache in my arm. Anyway I would highly recommend this product and I’ve just bought some more because I don’t want to run out ??

    I’ve been using this cream for 4 years now. It’s the only thing that works for arthritis pain for me. Sometimes I apply it after sitting in the jetted hot tub for 10 minutes, because it seems to work better when my body is warm. The smell is really nice, and it isn’t too greasy feeling. I’m widening my options and just ordered a different cream, which I will compare & review later. I LOVE this cream, and I order it all the way from America. Well worth shipping costs. ❤️

Which hemp balm should I use?

Our Hemp Balms may help with a variety of conditions, see PDF of all balms here, our top 3 selling balms are:

      #1 selling product. Often chosen for joints, muscles and post-activity comfort.
      Comfrey and arnica have a long history of traditional topical use, while hemp and turmeric make this one of our most popular blends.
    2. Hemp & Burdock Balm
      A gentle balm often used for dry or irritated skin. Have a look through the customer reviews on this product – some really touching ones!
    3. Hemp Fire Balm
      A warming and cooling herbal balm inspired by traditional “tiger-style” formulas, commonly used for muscles after activity.

Can I drive after using hemp products?

We do not know of any case where it has shown positive in a roadside drug test, including Mac who has been randomly drug tested several times and nothing has ever shown (and he takes a good dose every day!).

With our hemp products, the THC content is very low (under 0.3%), which is legal in Australia using our NSW DPI Low THC Hemp Licence.

But, because there’s still a tiny amount of THC in there, we can’t guarantee it wouldn’t ever show up for someone.

So if you’re a truck drive or courier for example, please consider they risk when using our hemp products.

Can I travel with / take the hemp products overseas?

That’s hard for us to say if it’s ok to use overseas, as we are not lawyers, though some people do travel with their hemp products, and we do send them overseas to NZ, USA, UK too.

It would be up to you if you did take it with you, and check if the country (or any you transit through) has any issues with hemp products.

Shipping, Tracking, Returns

Shipping & postage

Orders before midday (2pm) are sent the same day via Australia Post or Aramex.

We deliver to all Australian addresses, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers etc.

Delivery time:

  • It usually takes 1–3 business days for metro deliveries.
  • Regional areas may take 3–5 business days.

WA, TAS and NT orders are best sent Express Post otherwise it takes too long.

You may choose Express for other areas if you like, at Checkout.

Returns & refunds (made easy!)

Returns — We want happy customers, so if you’ve ordered the wrong thing or there’s a mixup, we will replace it free of charge, just get in touch.

Refunds — We accept returns within 90 days of purchase. A return postage fee of $9.90 applies, charged at our discretion (if the product is faulty or not as described, return postage is free and a full refund given).

Tracking & combined shipping

Tracking — Each package has an Australia Post tracking number emailed to you once the order is ‘processed’ (i.e. a shipping label has been printed). Within an hour or two the package will show as on route, and you may get an update from Australia Post. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 2 days, call or email us and we can check on it for you.

Combined Shipping — We will happily combine two or more orders into one package and refund the 2nd shipping fee if we can. Most packages under 5kg fit into one satchel.
