This is a cracker of a product, I’ve been using it on my lower back and there is definitely some fire to this balm! Extremely soothing and recommend this one to anyone with deep pain!

How to use

The balms can be applied as often as you remember to put it on, 3 x a day is good if you want fast results.

Apply liberally and let it soak in.

It does work! I tested by applying on my right side after a day weeding the garden. Next morning, right side did not feel as achy as left side. Would normally hurt more on right side since that’s my dominant side.

I would give it a 5 star rating if there were no aches at all! But that’s really reaching for the starts – LOL!

A big plus also is it being natural vs all the chemicals in the regular off the shelf deep heat/tiger balm products.

Yes, remember to wash hands after application.

Storage

The hemp oils & balms can be stored at room temperature for a year at least, out of direct sunlight.

For longer storage you may keep them in the fridge.

    Absolutely LOVE this new addition to the Balm family! Hope it will be available in the 120 gram jar eventually. Great on my temples and forehead for headaches which I seem to get frequently at the moment. Also brilliant for the pain in my neck, shoulders, lower back and down my leg. Definitely need to be careful with application technique and washing of hands straight after.?

    I’ve had neck pain with headaches for 45 years after a minor car accident in my 20s.
    Recently my regular GP, in her wisdom, refused to prescribe the muscle relaxant (diazepam) which I’ve used to good effect for twenty five years. She suddenly said ‘it is addictive’ ~ even though I’ve used it sparingly , to good effect, for years.
    Desperate to relieve the daily debilitating pain, I bought hemp oil. After 1 week using 5 drops morning and night, I have woken with NO PAIN.
    So far I feel hope that this oil will allow me to make each day more productive.

    Amazing, I need to order more. This stuff works wonders, I dislike the sensation that traditional tiger balm offers with the menthol/cooling effect. This balm generates amazing heat. Don’t think I can live without this stuff.

Which hemp balm should I use?

Our Hemp Balms may help with a variety of conditions, see PDF of all balms here, our top 3 selling balms are:

      Comfrey and arnica have a long history of traditional topical use, while hemp and turmeric make this one of our most popular blends.

    3. Hemp Fire Balm
      A warming and cooling herbal balm inspired by traditional “tiger-style” formulas, commonly used for muscles after activity.

Can I drive after using hemp products?

We do not know of any case where it has shown positive in a roadside drug test, including Mac who has been randomly drug tested several times and nothing has ever shown (and he takes a good dose every day!).

With our hemp products, the THC content is very low (under 0.3%), which is legal in Australia using our NSW DPI Low THC Hemp Licence.

But, because there’s still a tiny amount of THC in there, we can’t guarantee it wouldn’t ever show up for someone.

So if you’re a truck drive or courier for example, please consider they risk when using our hemp products.

Can I travel with / take the hemp products overseas?

That’s hard for us to say if it’s ok to use overseas, as we are not lawyers, though some people do travel with their hemp products, and we do send them overseas to NZ, USA, UK too.

It would be up to you if you did take it with you, and check if the country (or any you transit through) has any issues with hemp products.

Shipping, Tracking, Returns

Shipping & postage

Orders before midday (2pm) are sent the same day via Australia Post or Aramex.

We deliver to all Australian addresses, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers etc.

Delivery time:

  • It usually takes 1–3 business days for metro deliveries.
  • Regional areas may take 3–5 business days.

WA, TAS and NT orders are best sent Express Post otherwise it takes too long.

You may choose Express for other areas if you like, at Checkout.

Returns & refunds (made easy!)

Returns — We want happy customers, so if you’ve ordered the wrong thing or there’s a mixup, we will replace it free of charge, just get in touch.

Refunds — We accept returns within 90 days of purchase. A return postage fee of $9.90 applies, charged at our discretion (if the product is faulty or not as described, return postage is free and a full refund given).

Tracking & combined shipping

Tracking — Each package has an Australia Post tracking number emailed to you once the order is ‘processed’ (i.e. a shipping label has been printed). Within an hour or two the package will show as on route, and you may get an update from Australia Post. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 2 days, call or email us and we can check on it for you.

Combined Shipping — We will happily combine two or more orders into one package and refund the 2nd shipping fee if we can. Most packages under 5kg fit into one satchel.
