    I bought the tester pack….mainly to trial the oil for my chronic back pain, to see how I’d react to it. Not sure I’d use the cream though…it’s not what I’d call a cream….the consistency is more like that of Tiger Balm ointment (?). With the oil I started with 5 drops morning & night but I think that was too much for me (as if maybe my kidneys were struggling a bit with it??) so I stopped for few days…once that settled I tried 2 drops at night & 1 in the morning which so far seems to work ok even at that dose…..no discomfort in the kidney area & it certainly does help with my back pain. Took about a week before I noticed pain improvement. Ordering, service & prompt delivery was 5 star…..highly recommend trying this for chronic pain.

    This product has really helped me keep moving forward, progress and live with my anxiety, I’ve tried prescription medication but think this product meets my needs more naturally and no side affects for me. It was recommended to me by a friend who uses it for similar reasons. I’ve found I don’t need it continuously but if I’m feelng caught in a rough cycle it helps me see the light again and get back on my wellness journey.

    Thanks so much mac for these packs where I get 5star quality for such a small price? , I purchased the hemp turmeric in almond oil and nettle and hemp cream really bought my inflammation down and i could feel my stress/anxiety just melt away like a weight been lifted (and yep I really felt that) almost instantly, the nettle and hemp is great as my SOS cream seems to work well on back and my neuropathy ,I bought another pack will review after i finish ,thanks once again mac for a safe natural option to help everyone

    I purchased the tester pack with turmeric and almond oil on the recommendation of a good friend. I have found that if I take seven drops in the morning, I have much less pain from the arthritis in my spine, and easier movement. I have just ordered a larger bottle, although I’m only half way through the tester bottle – I don’t want to run out. Everybody is different, and achieves different results from the same product, but, based on my own results I would highly recommend this product.

    I purchased a tester pack, I find the cream to be helpful, but I am still am still experimenting with the amount of drops that I need to help with the pain. It takes some time to determine how many drops will help. I have the bottle with olive oil only and find the taste to be great. I will have to place another review once I, hopefully, discover the correct dose..

    Wished I found these sooner! I stumbled upon Mac’s product while looking for natural medication for our senior dog who has seizures. I got the tester pack, gave two drops every two days to our dogs in combination with vet meds, used the balm/salve on myself for muscle pains (i love it) and used some oil drops to massage my husband (lower back pain) and it gave him a good nights sleep. Ordered another tester pack for my Mother in Law for her joint pains as well.

Hemp Oils FAQs

Can I drive after using hemp products?

We do not know of any case where it has shown positive in a roadside drug test, including Mac who has been randomly drug tested several times and nothing has ever shown (and he takes a good dose every day!).

With our hemp products, the THC content is very low (under 0.3%), which is legal in Australia using our NSW DPI Low THC Hemp Licence.

But, because there’s still a tiny amount of THC in there, we can’t guarantee it wouldn’t ever show up for someone.

So if you’re a truck drive or courier for example, please consider they risk when using our hemp products.

Will it make me sleepy?

Most customers report that our hemp oils do not feel sedating, even when taken during the day.

Feedback from customers often includes:

  • a general sense of relaxation
  • feeling more settled in the evening
  • vivid dreams but waking refreshed
  • no grogginess the next morning

Many people choose our Calm & Rested blend as part of their evening routine.

Everyone responds differently, so it’s always best to try a small amount first when you have some downtime at home and see how your body responds.

Does it come with dosage / instructions?

Yes, we include a leaflet with instructions with every order, here is a sample:

It can take up to 1hr to start feeling the effects from our Hemp Oil range (and 1 minute for the Nano range), and will last between 6-8hrs. The effect is cumulative, some people will feel it right away whilst others may take up to 2 weeks to notice its effects.

All people react differently to dosing, there is no ‘one size fits all’, so it can take time to find the right amount. Too much can also be counterproductive, increase a bit at a time (up-titrating) to see the effect, then adjust again to find the optimum dose for you.

Will the hemp show up in a drug test?

No it should not, and we’ve never heard of anyone who has had a positive test restult.

We grow a legal, low-THC Hemp variety under a NSW DPI Hemp Licence, the hemp must be under 0.3% THC, and is tested before harvest.

Can I travel with / take the hemp products overseas?

That’s hard for us to say if it’s ok to use overseas, as we are not lawyers, though some people do travel with their hemp products, and we do send them overseas to NZ, USA, UK too.

It would be up to you if you did take it with you, and check if the country (or any you transit through) has any issues with hemp products.

Shipping, Tracking, Returns

Shipping & postage

Orders before midday (2pm) are sent the same day via Australia Post or Aramex.

We deliver to all Australian addresses, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers etc.

Delivery time:

  • It usually takes 1–3 business days for metro deliveries.
  • Regional areas may take 3–5 business days.

WA, TAS and NT orders are best sent Express Post otherwise it takes too long.

You may choose Express for other areas if you like, at Checkout.

Returns & refunds (made easy!)

Returns — We want happy customers, so if you’ve ordered the wrong thing or there’s a mixup, we will replace it free of charge, just get in touch.

Refunds — We accept returns within 90 days of purchase. A return postage fee of $9.90 applies, charged at our discretion (if the product is faulty or not as described, return postage is free and a full refund given).

Tracking & combined shipping

Tracking — Each package has an Australia Post tracking number emailed to you once the order is ‘processed’ (i.e. a shipping label has been printed). Within an hour or two the package will show as on route, and you may get an update from Australia Post. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 2 days, call or email us and we can check on it for you.

Combined Shipping — We will happily combine two or more orders into one package and refund the 2nd shipping fee if we can. Most packages under 5kg fit into one satchel.
